Project name: Yersinia pseudotuberculosis B-6862 isolate:797
Description: Strain B-6862 (alias 797) was isolated in Turkmenistan in 1961 from Rhombomys opimus. The strain belongs to sequence type ST19 (as defined in Laukkanen-Ninios R, et al. 2011, Environ. Microbiol. 13:3114-3127). Short read sequences were assembled into 247 contigs larger than 1 kb, for a total of 4272544 bp. The largest contig is 77240 bp long. This project is part of a larger study comprising a total of 5 ST19 strains from Russia (4) or Turkmenistan (1).
