Description: Leaf chlorosis is the most frequently observed symptom in virus-infected plants. Studies have shown molecular mechanisms triggering the chlorosis development to date. However, we know little about the molecular processes that follow the triggers of chlorosis. The present study aims to elucidate the molecular events or processes that are elicited by the triggers and lead to the development of chlorosis.
