Description: Entamoeba histolytica clinical isolates from NCGM. E. histolytica is the causative agent of human amoebiasis. We collected 11 of clinical isolates from amoebiasis patients. The 11 patients have different outcomes: colitis, liver abscess, and asymptomatic. The goal of this project is to identify the reason why E. histolytica shows massively different symptoms by comparative genomics.
