Description: miR-1990c-3p was silenced in pearl oyster (Pinctada fucata) by locked-nucleic-acid modified oligonucleotide. The adductor muscle (Ad), gill (Gi) and mantle (Ma) tissues with four replicates were collected from the pearl oysters for RNA-seq to analyse the gene expression change.
