Description: Whole genome re-sequencing of Japanese freshwater threespine sticklebacks were conducted (10 fish per population). Fish were collected at a tributary of Neo River in Asutani, Gifu Prefecture (2013 April), the Honganshozu Pond in Ono, Fukui Prefecture (2014), the Nishitappu Stream in Hokkaido (2010 September), and Chimikeppu Lake, Hokkaido (2011).
