Project name: Drosophila mauritiana
Description: To study gene expression differences underlying a rapidly evolving male genital morphology between two closely-related Drosophila species, D. simulans and D. mauritiana, RNA-sequencing was performed. The total RNA was extracted from pupal abdominal tips at 30 and 50 hAPF, respectively. 15-25 males were used per biological replicate and each category has three biological replicates.
Data type: Transcriptome or Gene expression
Sample scope: Monoisolate
