Project name: Solanum lycopersicum strain:Micro-Tom
Description: Transcriptome analysis of a series of flower buds harvested from an inflorescence of Solanum lycopersicum cv. Micro-Tom (MT-J, TOMJPF00001). Six flower buds ranging from a day-1 bud (4 mm in length) to a day-7 bud (partially opening) defined in the referenced publication were analyzed. The plant was grown under a fluorescent white light (170 micro mol/s/m2) with a photoperiod of 16 hours light and 8 hours darkness at 25 degree. The samples were harvested at 1 hour after the onset of the light period.
