Description: There are substantial amount of naturally occurring intra-cultivar variations in the model tomato Micro-Tom. In our lab, we have developed a number of artificially induced mutants in this tomato cultivar. In order to distinguish induced mutations from intra-cultivar variations in NGS resequencing, it is essential to use some wild-type Hiseq data as controls.
