Description: Wild rice Oryza minuta plants are allotetraploids having BBCC genomes.Their evolutionary origin, especially the origin of CC genome, remains unclear.In order to obtain genome sequence information of the species, we sequenced a total of four O. minuta accessions by Illumina HiSeq 2500.
