Description: This project makes the final purpose the prevalence of cynotoxin, microcystin in a lake. Until now, whole genome sequencing of microcystin degrading bacterium was unreported. So, in this project, the Draft sequence of microcystin degrading bacterium, Sphingopyxis sp. C-1 was performed first.
