Description: To understand the molecular mechanisms underlying mollusca biology, we conducted the transcriptome analysis for several developmental stages of Pinctada fucata using next-generation sequencing technology (Roche454). The samples from three developmental stages (3 hour after fertilization, trochophore and D-shaped larva) and the mixture of severel developmental stages are used for cDNA library construction.
