Description: To comprehensively understand the mechanisms of stress responses in rice reference cultivar (Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica cv. Nipponbare), we performed exhaustive search for responsive genes under more than 100 abiotic environmental stress (high salinity, cold, drought, flood etc.) and plant hormone treatment (Absisic acids and Jasmonic acids) conditions using the RNA-Seq technique.
