Description: Normalized cDNA library was constructed from mRNA that was extracted from various castes/developmental stages of Nasutitermes takasagoensis collected from Iriomote Island, Okinawa, Japan. We employed 454 FLX Titanium system for sequencing the normalized cDNA library, assembled 454 reads with Newbler v2.5.3, and created a EST contig set.
