Description: To investigate the virological properties of SARS-CoV-2 variants, Omicron BQ.1.1 and XBB, we set out virological experiments using clinical isolates of these variants. To verify the genome sequence of the working viruses, we performed viral RNA-sequencing of the viral stock.
