Description: Hypocotyls and root tips at three immobility time points were collected from seeds that germinated zero day, one day and five days respectively, and the part of where the junction of hypocotyl and root was removed. Three biological replicates per sample were used for the RNA sequencing experiments. RNA was isolated separately from D0_H, D0_R, D1_H, D1_R, D5_H and D5_R, in total of 18 samples using RNAprep Pure Plant Plus Kit and treated with RNase-Free DNase I
