Description: Amplicon-seq of flu virus genome from cells treated with DMSO, methylthio formycin (SMeFM), and T-705 was performed. The mutation rate was calculated from the amplicon-seq data. We revealed the mutation rate and mutation frequency of each base in cells treated with SMeFM and T-705. We performed duplex amplicon-seq analysis and compared these two amplicon-seq data.
