Description: The Agrobacterium-derived regions in sweet potato encodes agrocinopine synthetase gene, ACS. IbACS under constitutive promoter was introduced into Nicotiana tabacum. Meta-transciptome analysis revealed the presence of endophytic bacteria enriched in endosphere and rhizosphere of IbACS-expressing N. tabacum.
