Description: We investigated SARS-CoV-2 cell infectivity in nasopharyngeal specimens obtained from asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 carriers. Viable viruses were isolated primarily within 7 days after initial positive PCR test and viral load was the leading predictive factor for infectivity.
