Description: In this study, by employing the spatial enhanced resolution omics sequencing (Stereo-Seq), we have successfully generated a comprehensive atlas of single-cell spatial transcriptomes in potato leaves that were inoculated with P. infestans at four different time points during the early infection stages. Our findings collectively contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the spatial and cellular responsive atlas in plant-pathogen interactions, thereby offering valuable targets for the effective management of potato late blight.
