Description: Dendrobium thyrsiflorum (Orchidaceae) is an important ecological plant. This project reported the chromosome level reference genome of Dendrobium thyrsiflorum based on PacBio, Illumina and Hi-C data. These data are helpful to clarify the ecological function of Dendrobium thyrsiflorum and the evolution of Orchidaceae.
