Abstract
Primary sarcoma of the gallbladder was encountered in only 1 patient in a 5-year period during which primary carcinoma of the gallbladder was diagnosed in 1,8% of 954 surgically resected gallbladders and in 0,5% of 2 230 autopsies. The autopsy findings of the patient are described.
