Flaveria genomes Dataset
For the first time, the research team constructed chromosome level high-quality genomes of five representative species of Chrysophora, systematically analyzed the evolutionary trajectory of C₄-related genes and the evolutionary mechanism of encoding enzymes, and revealed that ERF family transcription factors play a core regulatory role in the evolution process of C₄ photosynthetic system, providing key evidence for revealing the evolutionary path of C₄ photosynthetic system.
