As on April 2015, 7,000 genome-quality fish tissue samples have been collected, representing 72% (51/71) orders and 28% (112/398) families of ray-finned fishes according to the new fish classification system (Betancur, et al. 2013).
So far, we have 124 species sequenced, which cover 46 orders of all fishes. RNA has been extracted from an additional 8 species representing 3 orders and will be sequenced soon. Please visit Fish-T1K database for more details (updated 2015-04-30).
