Poster Presentation on Fish-T1K at Evolution Meetings 2019


A poster presentation on Fish-T1K and the fishes from Yangze River is coming up! The presenter Yu Huang, a PhD student from BGI-Marine and Chinese Academy of Sciences, is going to present a poster entitled "Transcriptome Sequencing of 100 Fishes from the Yangtze River" at Evolution Meetings 2019 during June 21-25, Providence, Rhode Island, USA. The topic will include where the fish samples are collected from the longest river in China, how the transcriptomes are sequenced and what questions are going to be addressed. Resolving the Cypriniformes phylogeny using these transcriptomes combined with data deposited in public databases will also be discussed. Find the poster Here.
