Description: 10 rats were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group (n = 5) and the drug administration group (n = 5). The animals in the drug administration group were administered single-dose DOX (40 mg/kg) intraperitoneally, whereas the control group was administered the same volume of normal saline. The animals were dissected at 24 h after administration, and the heart were selected for miRNA sequencing.
