Description: Full sequences on cystoviridae are few compared to other families of phage. Despite evidence that they are prevalent in nature, only 7 full-genome cystovirus sequences exist in genbank. A novel cystovirus, ERWIb, was isolated, characterized, and sequenced using Oxford Direct RNA Sequencing.
