Project name: Single cell transcriptomic and VDJ sequencing of antibody-secreting cells (ASCs) from the bone marrow, spleen and thymus of young (3 months old) female and male mice.
Description: Purpose: To examine the trasncriptional and VDJ repertoire differences that exist in ASCs based on factors such as tissue localiation and sex.Overall design: ASCs were flow cytometrically purified from the bone marrow, spleen and thymus of young (3 months old) female and male Prdm1-eYFP mice. For each sort, pools of 3 mice were used. ASCs were sorted as B220+/- CD138HI IgD- CD90.2- Prdm1-eYFP+. Single cell gene expression and VDJ libraries were constructed via 10x Genomics technology.
Data type: Transcriptome or Gene expression
Sample scope: Multiisolate
