Description: The genome of the F1 male progeny (isolate LxT-3; BioSample SAMN17054328) of a cross between a female Panthera tigris (isolate Pti1; BioSample SAMN17054330) and male Panthera leo (isolate Ple1; BioSample SAMN17054329) was sequenced, and the maternal (PRJNA684344) and paternal (PRJNA684340) pseudohaplotype assemblies were generated.
