Project name: Epigenetic Divergence during Early Stages of Speciation in an African Crater Lake Cichlid Fish
Description: Inheritance and plasticity of epigenetic divergence characterise early stages of speciation in an incipient cichlid species of an African crater lake.Overall design: Wild-caught (wild) or common garden (tank-reared) adult male specimens for all datasets.RNAseq: 4-5 biological replicates per population; WGBS: 2-3 biological replicates per population: RRBS: 11-12 biological replicates per population.--Processed files: gene/transcript count matrix (in tpm; RNAseq) and bigwig files (averaged mCG/CG levels per groups across 50bp-long non-sliding windows genome-wide).
