Description: Human glioblastoma U251 and normal astrocytes cell HA1800 were extracted total RNA and treated with RNase R to remove the linear RNA. Then total circular RNAs were enriched for deep sequencing to detect the expression profile of circular RNA .The U251-RNC （Ribosome Nascent-chain Complex）and HA1800-RNC samples were separated from U251 and HA1800 cells by ultracentrifugation。
