Description: gDNA from 47 individuals (B. taurus, B. indicus and mixed-bred breeds) were individually cut with ApeKI or PstI and labelled with barcode adaptors and latter pooled for sequencing in a single lane of an Illumina HiSeq 2000, to get 100pb reads.
