Description: The aim of this project was to use an unbiased high throughput metagenomic analysis to identify candidate etiologic agents of snake inclusion body disease (IBD). RNA was isolated from boa constrictor and annulated tree boa (Corallus annulatus) IBD cases and controls and sequenced.
