Description: To investigate the role of Bifidobacterium adolescentis intestinal metabolite HYP on APAP-induced liver injury model, we administered 10 mg/kg of HYP intraperitoneally to mice 2 h prior to the administration of APAP, after which primary liver cells were isolated, and cellular RNA was extracted and sequenced.
