Description: We performed transcriptome-focused multi-omics analyses (including transcriptomics, DNA methylation, proteomics and single-cell transcriptome sequencing) on healthy individuals aged 23 to 88 years. We systematically analyzed linear and non-linear changes in gene expression throughout aging.
