The STAMRN has a total of 7 sections and contains 20 samples from Medicago nodules at P1 (3 days post-infection(dpi)), P2 (7 dpi), P3 (14 dpi), P4 (21 dpi), P5 (28 dpi) using Stereo-seq. In addition, four Medicago root tip samples are included. Multiple biological replicates are available for each tissue and developmental stage. This panoramic atlas enables comprehensive investigation of nodule development and further features rhizobial transcriptomes, offering a dual view of host and bacterial gene expression.
