About

The STAMRN has a total of 7 sections and contains 20 samples from Medicago nodules at P1 (3 days post-infection(dpi)), P2 (7 dpi), P3 (14 dpi), P4 (21 dpi), P5 (28 dpi) using Stereo-seq. In addition, four Medicago root tip samples are included. Multiple biological replicates are available for each tissue and developmental stage. We provide a spatial atlas of gene expression, co-expression modules, and regulons for each Medicago sample. This panoramic atlas enables comprehensive investigation of nodule development and further features rhizobial transcriptomes, offering a dual view of host and bacterial gene expression.
