ATSTA database has coronal sections of brains from three amniotes, including Chinese softshell turtles (Pelodiscus sinensis), zebra finches (Taeniopygia guttata), and mouse(mus musculus) using Stereo-seq. In the ATSTA, we provide the spatial map showing the 'genoarchitecture' of brain, and gene expression in each species coronal sections. Our panoramic atlas will allow in-depth investigation of longstanding questions concerning amniotes evolution.
Search for the annotation, gene expression, gene co-expression modules and regulons in each sagittal mouse embryo section.
