STARN database has a total of 17 sections, contains 20 samples from Medicago nodules and 45 samples from Soybean nodules at P1 (3 days post-infection(dpi)), P2 (7 dpi), P3 (14 dpi), P4 (21 dpi), P5 (28 dpi) using Stereo-seq. In addition, three Medicago root tip samples and four Soybean root tip samples are also included. Different tissues and developmental stages contain multiple biological replicates. In the STARN, we provide the spatial atlas showing the gene expression, gene co-expression modules and regulons in each Medicago and soybean samples. Our panoramic atlas will allow in-depth investigation of longstanding questions concerning nodule development.
