STAMP: Spatiaotemporal transcriptomic atlas of mouse placenta
STAMP

STAMP database has a total of 9 sagittal sections from C57BL/6 mouse placenta at E9.5 (~5.0 mm2), E10.5 (~10.9 mm2), E11.5 (~14.6 mm2), E12.5 (~13.4 mm2), E13.5 (~15.1 mm2), E14.5 (~22.3 mm2), E15.5 (~19.4 mm2) , E16.5 (~24.2 mm2)and E18.5 (~19.8 mm2) using Stereo-seq. One section was included at each stage across E9.5-E18.5. In the STAMP, we provide the spatial map showing the gene expression and regulons in each placenta sagittal sections. Our panoramic atlas will allow in-depth investigation of longstanding questions concerning placenta development.
