KEGG: KEGG term Enrichment Analysis
Introduction
KEGG term enrichment analysis is a commonly used bionformatics method to identify biological pathways where gene concentrations are significantly enriched under a given condition. Our KEGG term enrichment online tool is designed to provide researchers with a convenient and fast KEGG enrichment analysis platform.
Data format
1. Two data types are supported: gene list or differential gene expression.
- You can upload gene list or paste gene list into the text box.
- You can upload differential gene expression lists file.
2. The size limit for all files is 10MB.
3. The format of all files is limited to csv, xls, xlsx, tsv, txt.
Background
Background gene files support 3 types: 1. Public: When selecting a public database, you need to choose which gene identifier system is used for the gene name. 2. Select: When selecting the background genes provided by the platform, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the list of target genes provided above is consistent with the gene naming of the platform. 3. Upload: If the above gene annotation does not match your identifier, you can choose to upload a custom background file. It should be noted whether the target gene list provided above is consistent with the uploaded gene name.
Run demo
When running demo data, the demo differential gene expression and default parameters are used.
Result
There are two types of output: 1. When the data type is gene list, the result is ALL, and the images are Enrichment info and Enrichment figure. 2. When the input data type is differential gene expression, the results are divided into ALL, UP and DOWN, and the images are Volcano plot, Enrichment info and Enrichment figure.
The above results are returned as compressed packages.
