This site was built with PheWeb version 1.3.16.
This website is used to search and visualize the vast wealth of GWAS results. The genetic etiology of traits and diseases during pregnancy are less studied especially in Asian population, which are essential for preventing maternal complications and adverse outcomes.
For the first release of our developed website, we provided GWAS summary statistics of 104 pregnancy phenotypes and 2 GDM phenotypes.
For each phenotype, the MANE PheWeb supports a brief summary (including full name, GC lambda, num_loci<5e-8 on phenotype, top variant in phenotype, p-value and nearest genes) and visualization of GWAS results with Manhattan plot and QQ plot. Meanwhile, the database will label the signal clusters that reach genome-wide significance threshold with their lead SNPs and closest genes, and support the search and display of results based on SNPs, genes or phenotypes. Finally, this database website supports users to download the full summary statistics data.
