What is CNGBdb?

CNGBdb is a comprehensive data portal for life sciences and serves as the supporting platform for the Guangdong Provincial Genome Science Data Center, is a unified platform designed to facilitate the sharing and utilization of biological data by researchers. By leveraging advanced technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and AI, it provides a range of services, including data submission, analysis, and bioinformatics training.

CNGBdb is dedicated to offering efficient and convenient services for data archiving, searching, computing, and scientific database resources to the global bioscience community. We have integrated publicly available data from databases like NCBI, EBI, DDBJ, HPO, CHPO, ICGC, TCGA, cBioPortal, Uniprot, MSK-IMPACT, 5ExAC, 1000Genomes, NIFTY database, WoRMS, NHLBI ESP, NIEHS EGP, HGDP, Phytozome, dbNSFP, EVS, and GWAS, and we are truly grateful for their significant contributions to the archiving and sharing of biological data.

CNGBdb doesn't impose special restrictions on the use of these public data resources, but note that they are still subject to the original databases' terms and conditions. Before using the public data from these external databases, please check and abide by each database's specific terms and conditions to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
