Description: T. pallidum strain SS14 was co-cultured with rabbit SfEp1 cells and treated with a subtherapeutic dose of linezolid. Treponemes were harvested every week, subjected to hybrid capture/whole genome sequencing, and consensus sequence and minor alleles inspected for resistance mutation accumulation.
