Description: SUM149PT were transduced with a genome-wide CRISPR ko library (TKO v3), following a 7 day selection period. Then, cells were treated with DMSO or 2-2.5uM of POLQ inhibitor for 18 days. 3 samples were sequenced:- early time point (after 5 days of puromycin selection)- end time point DMSO (after 18 days of treatment with DMSO)- end time point POLQi (after 18 days of treatment with POLQi)
