Description: This study is designed to investigate the protective function of cholinesterase inhibitor Donepezil (DON) in regulating Group III pulmonary hypertension (PH).Overall design: Lung fibrosis related PH model was established by single intratracheal instillation of bleomycin (BLM), and then DON (1mg/kg, Selleck, USA) was intraperitoneal injected daily from the first day to day 21 as therapeutic protocol. At the end of the study, lung tissue in each group subjected to RNA sequencing to identify the differential expression genes and reveal the underlying mechanism.
