Description: In this study, an ERF1, BpERF1.1, was overexpressed in birch (Betula Platyphylla Suk.) and 11 transgenic lines were obtained. Cold, salt and drought treatments were performed on the BpERF1.1 overexpressing lines and the WT line. The transgenic lines showed improved tolerance against these abiotic stresses than the WT line.
