Project name: Aspergillus fumigatus

Description: Genome assemblies of 13 diverse Aspergillus fumigatus isolates representing laboratory type strains, clinical isolates, and environmental isolates. We utilized long read sequencing technology complemented with short read next-generation sequence reads to establish whole genome assemblies. The goal of this project is to establish a diverse set of A. fumigatus reference genomes to use in understanding generalized and unique responses to low oxygen exposure of A. fumigatus biofilms.
