Description: These isolates were sequenced in order to deduce key strain parameters that are thought to be important for establishment of disease and success in carriage, including capsular serotypes, resistance features, and pilus determinants. Additionally based on the sequencing results, clonal relationship could be studied (e.g. by means of MLST)
