Description: The two DOE missions to be satisfied by the production of the genomes from this proposal are (i) bioenergy, via the contribution of numerous novel genes for in some cases thermostable GHs, and (ii) phylogenetic diversity, via the systematic analysis of the not yet satisfyingly structured genus Saccharomonospora.
