Project name: Cricetulus griseus

Description: Within this transcriptome project we focus on cDNA sequencing of Chinese hamster ovary cell cultivated under various culture conditions to obtain a broad range of different transcripts. These conditions include sampling throughout the growth phase and growth media with different supplements. A pool of respective sequencing libraries was sequenced with Roche's Genome Analyzer FLX and Titanium chemistry. The resulting data was assembled with the Newbler Assembler software version 2.3 to 34958 contigs.
